Charvil Car Centre is worth every star! Top tier service from start to finish, absolutely over the moon with my new car thank you! Special shout out to Charles for his amazing customer service, always going above and beyond for me. Highly recommend this place, very reliable and a great range of cars!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I came in on a recommendation from a friend, and was looking for my first car. Immediately I felt comfortable, and found the perfect car for me. All the staff were welcoming, and I can’t thank Charles enough! I love my little Kia very much :)

The owner is a kind gentleman that even drove us to the station in the rain on our first visit to test drive a small family Citroen. One year MOT, with another repair scheduled a month later for a major work on the engine. Only disappointment is the car boot cover was missing at the time of sale and we have been waiting months for its delivery. We have given up on receiving it now! Numerous chasing and many failed deadlines. A real shame because 6 months warranty is now finished and we are still paying finance. Disappointing because the initial experience showed integrity, not so sure now.

Fabulous! These guys went above and beyond to help give our daughter a fantastic 17th birthday surprise. We secretly bought her dream car that was out of budget - but was in such great condition compared to the tat we had seen elsewhere, we stretched a bit further. Charles helped us plot the surprise! They kept hold of it for 2 weeks for us, then the day before brought it inside. It was beautifully clean and smart and let me decorate it with balloons. On her birthday, they closed the front door so she couldn't see from road and we gave her the surprise of a lifetime. The service from start to finish, was friendly, professional and approachable but most importantly, we felt that this was a trustworthy second har car sales company. Would recommend wholeheartedly. Thank you for everything Charles!

A great buying experience with Charles from beginning to end. The car was in great condition and prepared properly before delivery. They replaced tyres and parts that were still ok, and most other dealers would have ignored. I trust this dealership completely and will go out of my way to buy from them again.

My second car from Charvil, these guys always go above and beyond, a real friendly bunch, can’t help but feel like family from the moment you arrive, a really nice atmosphere, no pressure at all, and promises are always kept, car was ready at very short notice, they just give friendly advice and always have a good selection of cars. Thanks again lads!

Following a bereavement, we ended up needing to sell a car. Combined with a pandemic this was a potentially unnecessary stress on top of everything else. I contacted Charvil, amongst others, and they came back with a very generous offer. They even came to us to inspect - and later collect - it, saving us time while dealing with other matters. So as well as selling cars, which they did to my brother a few years ago and which he has had no issues with, they do also buy cars if you have one to sell. They also take into account likely age-related things when giving an initial estimate, rather than give you a big price to hook you in then knock loads off for every little thing upon inspection. The staff are also not your stereotypical pushy used car salesmen. So from both a buyer and seller perspective, I can recommend Charvil for either service.

As usual Charles from Charvil was a delight to deal with. Everything was very well arranged and he offered me a good deal on my trade in.

Fantastic seller, the staff are incredibly kind, helpful and will go the extra mile to help as much as they can. Charles was very helpful to give us as much information as we were not very knowledgeable about car. Would highly recommend ????
